Qualifikationen

• Proven leadership within domiciliary care.
• Experience supervising or supporting care teams.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Caring, professional and proactive approach.
• Willingness to travel between services with a full UK driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Conduct client assessments, reviews and quality assurance visits.
• Carry out care professional introductions, spot checks and supervisions.
• Perform observations and competency assessments.
• Mentor and support Care Professionals in the field.
• Ensure accurate care records and documentation.
• Build positive relationships with clients and families.
• Support safeguarding and compliance processes.
• Collaborate with Care Coordinators and management.
• Participate in out-of-hours on-call rota to advise and support.
