Job summary

Cera Care is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to represent the company in the community, overseeing care delivery and ensuring quality. You will conduct initial introductions, build care plans, perform client assessments, and mentor Care Workers, with most time spent out in the field.

Qualifications

• Proven work history in care or related field.
• Excellent knowledge of the care sector.
• Passionate about delivering quality care.
• Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Good IT literacy for documentation and coordination.
• Organised approach to scheduling and reports.
• NVQ desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise carers in the field to ensure high-quality care.
• Ensure customers' requirements are met and care plans are followed.
• Complete meet & greet for new packages and conduct client assessments.
• Shadow care workers to monitor care provision and quality.
• Conduct carer spot checks, field supervisions and risk assessments.
• Attend provider meetings and explore business opportunities.
