Job summary

Cera Care is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to lead and monitor care provision across client packages in the Sheffield area. The role focuses on supervising carers, developing care plans, conducting assessments, and maintaining high-quality service in the field with a small percentage of administrative office time.

Qualifications

• Proven work history in care (supervision preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of the care sector and service delivery.
• Strong communication and IT skills; well organized.

Responsibilities

• Supervise carers to ensure quality care and meet customer requirements.
• Ensure team is skilled to deliver safe, high-quality care.
• Complete meet & greet for new packages and develop care plans.
• Conduct risk assessments; audit MAR charts and log books.
• Carry out carer spot checks and field supervision; interview carers.
• Attend provider meetings and support business opportunities; participate in on-call.
