Job summary

Cera Care in Bradford is seeking a passionate Field Care Supervisor to lead and support our care teams in the community. You will carry out initial introductions, create and review care plans, assess clients, and shadow carers to monitor quality.

You will work 75–95% in the field with some admin in the office, participate in audits, attend provider meetings, and contribute to service growth while upholding safety and person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising carers or care teams.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and care standards.
• Willingness to be on call and flexible in schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise carers and monitor delivery of care.
• Ensure customers' requirements are met and care plans are followed.
• Develop and review care plans with clients and families.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits of MAR charts.
• Perform carer spot checks and field supervision.
• Interview carers and support compliance.
• Attend provider meetings and support business opportunities.
• Be hands-on in field and participate in out-of-hours on-call.
