Job summary

Cera Care Ltd is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to be an ambassador for the company, conducting initial introductions, building care plans, and shadowing carers to monitor care quality. The role involves 75/95% field time with 25/5% office work for admin tasks and opportunities to grow with the UK's fast-growing tech-enabled care provider.

Qualifications

Organised and flexible candidate with strong knowledge of the care sector.
Experience in supervising care teams and ensuring high-quality care.
Ability to construct care plans and conduct client assessments.

Responsibilities

Supervise carers on an ongoing basis.
Ensure customers' requirements are met and care standards maintained.
Ensure team is skilled to deliver safe, quality care.
Complete meet & greet for new packages and local area knowledge.
Complete care plans and reviews; audit MAR charts and log books.
Conduct carer spot checks, interviews, and support compliance.
Attend provider meetings and support business opportunities.
Be hands-on with carers and participate in on-call rotations.
