Cera Care Ltd. is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to act as an ambassador for Cera, delivering high-quality field care and overseeing care workers. You will carry out initial introductions, construct care plans, conduct client assessments, and shadow Care Workers to monitor quality of care.

The role is 75–95% field-based with 25–5% office time for admin. The candidate will possess strong communication and IT skills, a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable people, and the flexibility to cover

Formación

• Fully flexible and adaptable to shift patterns.
• Proven work history in care or similar settings.
• Good knowledge of the care sector and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication skills and IT literacy.
• Organised with attention to detail.
• NVQ desirable but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for ongoing supervision of carers.
• Ensure customers' requirements are met and quality of care is delivered.
• Ensure team are skilled to deliver safe, high-quality care.
• Complete meet & greet of new packages.
• Local knowledge of area and care plans.
• Develop and review care plans and risk assessments.
• Audit MAR charts and log books; conduct carer spot checks.
• Interviews with carers and support with compliance.
• Attend provider meetings and support business opportunities.
• Hands-on involvement with carers; participate in on-call rotations.
• Engage in team meetings.
