Social Care 2 Recruit is seeking a Field Care Supervisor in Warrington to lead our care team and ensure safe, compassionate, person-centred support at service user homes.

You will carry out care assessments, supervise staff, monitor care quality and maintain accurate records, while building positive relationships with service users and families. A full UK driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in the care sector, ideally in a supervisory or senior care role.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A caring, professional and supportive approach.
• Knowledge of care plans, safeguarding and relevant care standards.

Salary: £26,000-£28,000 per annum

About the Role

As a Field Care Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting our care team and ensuring our service users receive safe, compassionate, and person-centred care in their own homes.
