Job summary

Karen Moore Careers is seeking a Field Care Supervisor in the Warwickshire/Worcestershire area (Alcester). The role combines hands-on care with supervisory responsibilities, mentoring carers and ensuring high-quality client support.

You will carry out visits, perform spot checks, complete reviews and support induction for new carers while maintaining strong relationships with clients and families. A driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in domiciliary care.
• Level 3 Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
• Experience supervising carers.
• Good knowledge of person-centred care and safeguarding.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Eligible to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carry out care visits and spot checks.

Duties of the Field Care Supervisor:-

You’ll continue providing care while taking on additional responsibility supporting carers and clients.

Supervisory training can be provided for experienced Carers, in order to develop your supervisory skills and confidence.
