Job summary

Caremark UK Ltd in Calderdale is seeking a Field Care Supervisor with at least two years' experience in domiciliary care or as a Field Care Supervisor to join a robust care team. You will oversee service users, coordinate care plans, liaise with Social Services and health professionals, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality community care across defined areas.

A full or part-time role offering up to 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in domiciliary care or as Field Care Supervisor.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to supervise staff, conduct competency checks and spot checks.
• Willingness to work across defined areas and evenings/weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a list of service users designated by undertaking client reviews, risk assessments, care plan updates, handovers, assessments for reablement service.
• Liaise with Social Services and other health professionals about changes in circumstances to maintain service level.
• Oversee a team of staff, perform supervisions, competency checks & spot checks, and train new members in the community.
• Ensure the efficient running of own defined area and adapt hours to monitor and support all Care & Support Workers and clients.
• Promote teamwork and a proactive approach to service delivery.

Job description

For this senior role we are looking for applicants who have at least two years previous experience in domiciliary care or experience as a Field Care Supervisor. This is a full or part time position with upto 40 hours per week guaranteed.

Your role as a Field Care Supervisor:

• Oversee a list of service users designated by undertaking client reviews, risk assessments, care plan updates, handovers, assessments for our reablement service.
• Liaise with Social Services and other health professionals about changes in circumstances and requirements to maintain customers required level and standard of service.
• Oversee a team of staff assigned to you by performing supervisions, undertaking competency checks & spot checks, training new members of staff where required in the community and ensuring staff are happy within their roles.
• This is rewarding role and integral to the service we provide, teamwork and a proactive approach is essential.
• Field Care Supervisors are responsible for the efficient running of their own specific, defined areas and should vary their hours of work in order to effectively monitor and support all Care & Support Workers and clients.
