Job summary

Care Outlook is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to maintain and develop home care services in the Lambeth area. You will implement field-based quality control, supervise carers, and ensure high standards of care while supporting the registered manager. A full driving licence and CQC knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CQC standards and compliance.
• Full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
• NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care preferred.
• Experience in Health & Social Care preferred (2 years).

Responsibilities

• Spot checking carers in the community, identifying good practice, identifying and reporting training concerns back to the registered manager
• Ability to deliver high standards of care
• Participate in the paid on-call rota
• Completing care assessments and writing up Care Plans
• Building relationships with care staff and service users
• Assisting the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC
• Assisting the care coordinator with any duties that may be required

We are currently recruiting for a Care Supervisor to maintain and develop our home care services in the Lambeth area.

Responsible for implementing field based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area.

Core Duties & Responsibilities as Field Care Supervisor:

• Spot checking carers in the community, identifying good practice, identifying and reporting training concerns back to the registered manager

Examples of the client's needs you will be supporting with as a Field Care Supervisor:

• Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and record keeping.
