Job summary

Social Care 2 Recruit is seeking a Field Care Supervisor in Warrington to lead our care team and ensure safe, compassionate, person-centred support at service user homes.

You will carry out care assessments, supervise staff, monitor care quality and maintain accurate records, while building positive relationships with service users and families. A full UK driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in the care sector, ideally in a supervisory or senior care role.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A caring, professional and supportive approach.
• Knowledge of care plans, safeguarding and relevant care standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out care assessments, reviews and spot checks.
• Support, supervise and mentor care staff.
• Conduct care plan reviews and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Monitor the quality of care and ensure high standards are maintained.
• Build positive relationships with service users, families and colleagues.
• Help with staff inductions, training and ongoing development.
• Support the smooth day-to-day running of the care service.
