Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to support clients and care teams across Bristol. You will spend time out in the community visiting clients, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality care while maintaining safeguarding standards.

The role requires 40 hours per week, on-call duties, a full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle, and at least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK. Up to £27,000 per year plus benefits.

A day in the life of a Field Care Supervisor

As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll be a key point of support for both clients and care staff. You’ll spend time out in the community visiting clients, checking in with your team, and ensuring everyone feels confident, supported, and able to deliver high-quality care.

In This Role, You Will

• Carry out care assessments and regular reviews
• Monitor the wellbeing and safety of clients
• Support and develop care staff through guidance and regular supervision
• Help foster a culture where people feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideas
• Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are consistently upheld

You’ll also take part in the on-call rota, with some weekend working required.
