Mercury Care Services LTD in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Field Supervisor to join our hybrid office and field team. You will oversee care staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive the delivery of high-quality home care services.

The role combines office duties with field work, demands strong leadership, audits, reporting, and the ability to respond to client queries promptly. Driving may be required, and a UK driving licence is preferred.

• Proven supervisory experience in health and social care.
• Strong understanding of quality standards and CQC regulations.
• Excellent administrative, IT, and reporting skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience conducting audits, staff supervisions, and client assessments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends/evenings if required.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Compile and submit accurate weekly reports to management.
• Maintain and monitor PPE inventory levels and place orders as required.
• Collaborate with the office team to ensure smooth communication between field and office operations.
