Job summary

Care Outlook is recruiting a Field Care Supervisor to develop and oversee home care services in West Wickham, London Borough of Bromley. You will ensure quality care, supervise care workers, and support the registered manager to meet CQC standards.

Ideal candidates will have a full driving licence, access to a vehicle, and experience in health and social care, with NVQ Level 3 preferred. Immediate interviews and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
• Knowledge of CQC standards and compliance (essential).
• Experience as Field Care Supervisor or 2 years in Health & Social Care (preferred).
• NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Spot checking carers in the community and reporting findings to the registered manager.
• Deliver high standards of care.
• Participate in the paid on-call rota.
• Complete care assessments and write Care Plans.
• Build relationships with care staff and service users.
• Assist the registered manager with inspections by the local authority and CQC.
• Support the care coordinator as required.

We are currently recruiting for a Field Care Supervisor to maintain and develop our home care services in West Wickham.

Responsible for implementing field based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area.

Core Duties & Responsibilities as Field Care Supervisor:

• Spot checking carers in the community, identifying good practice, identifying and reporting training concerns back to the registered manager
• Ability to deliver high standards of care
• Participate in the paid on-call rota
• Completing care assessments and writing up Care Plans
• Building relationships with care staff and service users
• Assisting the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC
• Assisting the care coordinator with any duties that may be required
