Job summary

Cera is seeking a passionate Field Care Supervisor to act as an ambassador and extension of our family. You will carry out initial introductions, construct care plans, conduct client assessments, and shadow Care Workers to monitor care quality.

Field work will comprise the majority of time with some administrative duties in the office. You will be responsible for supervising carers, ensuring customer requirements are met, maintaining care standards, and engaging with provider meetings to explore

Qualifications

• Proven work history in care supervision.
• Excellent knowledge of the care sector.
• Good communication skills and IT literacy.
• NVQ desirable but not essential; in-house training and development offered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise carers on an ongoing basis.
• Ensure customer requirements are met by the team.
• Ensure the team are skilled and able to deliver safe, quality care.
• Complete meet & greet for new packages and local knowledge of the area.
• Complete care plans and reviews; conduct risk assessments.
• Audit MAR charts and log books; perform carer spot checks.
• Conduct carer interviews and support with compliance.
• Attend provider meetings and support business opportunities.
• Be hands-on with carers and participate in out-of-hours on-call.
• Engage in team meetings and maintain flexible availability.

We are looking for a passionate Field Care Supervisor to become an ambassador for Cera and an extension of our family.
