Job summary

Cera is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to act as an ambassador and extend our family. You will supervise carers, build care plans, assess clients, and shadow Care Workers to ensure quality care in the community, with most time spent in the field and some time in the office for admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in care supervision or team leadership.
• Understanding of care sector standards.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise carers to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Create and review care plans for clients.
• Conduct client assessments and risk assessments.
• Complete meet & greet of new packages.
• Hold carer interviews and support compliance.
• Attend provider meetings and identify business opportunities.

Job description

We are looking for a passionate Field Care Supervisor to become an ambassador for Cera and an extension of our family. You'll carry out initial introductions, construct care plans, conduct client assessments, and shadow Care Workers to monitor the provision of care in terms of quality. It will involve 75/95% of time out in the field and 25/5% in the office for administrative tasks. We have an opportunity to bring service and support to the most vulnerable in our communities and continue on our journey to being the UK's fastest growing technology-enabled care provider.,

• Responsible for the ongoing supervision on carers
• Ensuring customers' requirements are met
• Ensure your team are skilled and able to deliver a safe quality of care
• Complete meet & greet of all new packages
• Local knowledge of area
• Complete care plans and reviews of them
• Risk assessments
• Audits of MAR charts and Log books
• Complete carer spot checks and field supervisions
• Conducting Carer Interviews and supporting with compliance
• Attend provider meetings and support with business opportunities
• Hands on carer
• Take part in Out of hours on call
