Job summary

Cera Limited is seeking a passionate Field Care Supervisor to join our team and extend our family. You will conduct client assessments, supervise carers, and shadow staff to monitor care quality in the field and office for administrative tasks.

75–95% of time will be spent out in the field with 25–5% in the office. You will support vulnerable individuals, maintain compliance, and contribute to Cera’s mission as a technology-enabled care provider.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with clients, carers and families.
• Good IT literacy for reporting and care records.
• Organisation and time-management are essential.
• Local knowledge of the area to coordinate visits.

Responsibilities

• Supervise carers and ensure care standards.
• Meet and greet new packages for onboarding.
• Create and review care plans with clients.
• Conduct risk assessments and field audits of MAR charts.
• Perform carer spot checks and on-the-job supervision.
• Interview carers and support with compliance.
• Attend provider meetings and develop business opportunities.
• Be hands-on with carers and participate in on-call duties.

Job description

We are looking for a passionate Field Care Supervisor to become an ambassador for Cera and an extension of our family. You'll carry out initial introductions, construct care plans, conduct client assessments, and shadow Care Workers to monitor the provision of care in terms of quality. It will involve 75/95% of time out in the field and 25/5% in the office for administrative tasks. • Responsible for the ongoing supervision on carers
