Job summary

Helping Hands Home Care in Monmouth is seeking an experienced Care Leader to train and mentor carers, ensuring the delivery of extraordinary care in customers' homes. You will support compliance, conduct audits, and perform spot checks to uphold high standards.

You will visit clients to review care plans, assess risks, and lead by example with a calm, people‑first approach. A full UK driving licence and vehicle access are required.
