Job summary

Helping Hands is seeking a Field Care Supervisor in Monmouth to lead and mentor our care team, ensuring high quality, compliant, person-centred care across the branch.

You will train carers, perform spot checks, review care plans during customer visits, and manage risk assessments while supporting on-call duties. A full UK driving licence and strong communication are essential.

• Experience as a Care Assistant and desire to progress in your career.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to a roadworthy, insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

As a Care and Training Practitioner with Helping Hands, you’ll play a vital role in shaping exceptional care, supporting new carers from their very first interview through to their full onboarding journey. You’ll coach, guide and uplift your team while helping the branch maintain quality, compliance and meaningful relationships with customers. It’s a role full of purpose, variety and real impact.
