Job summary

Helping Hands is seeking a Care and Training Practitioner (Field Care Supervisor) to mentor new carers from interview to onboarding, coaching the team, and upholding quality, compliance and strong relationships with customers.

You will visit customers, review care plans, conduct risk assessments, support on-call duties and contribute to a supportive, ambitious branch culture that rewards growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Assistant and a desire to take the next step in your career.
• A full, clean UK driving licence and access to a roadworthy, insured vehicle.
• Strong communication skills and a supportive, encouraging approach to working with others.
• A keen eye for detail and confidence in maintaining compliance and quality standards.
• A people-first mindset – calm, kind and ready to lead by example.

Responsibilities

As a Care and Training Practitioner with Helping Hands, you’ll play a vital role in shaping exceptional care, supporting new carers from their very first interview through to their full onboarding journey.
