Job summary

Agincare Group is seeking a Field Care Supervisor in Eastbourne who will oversee client care and supervise care teams out in the community. You will visit clients, support staff, and ensure high-quality care while maintaining safeguarding and safety standards.

The role requires strong people skills, organisation, and a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle. Expect 24 hours per week with some on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care at a supervisory level.
• Well-organised, self-motivated approach.
• Availability to work 24 hours per week, including on-call duties.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carry out care assessments and regular reviews.
• Monitor the wellbeing and safety of clients.
• Support and develop care staff through guidance and supervision.
• Help foster a culture where people feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideas.
• Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are upheld.
• Participate in the on-call rota, including some weekend work.

A day in the life of a Field Care Supervisor

As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll be a key point of support for both clients and care staff. You’ll spend time out in the community visiting clients, checking in with your team, and ensuring everyone feels confident, supported, and able to deliver high-quality care.

In this role, you will:

• Carry out care assessments and regular reviews
• Monitor the wellbeing and safety of clients
• Support and develop care staff through guidance and regular supervision
• Help foster a culture where people feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideas
• Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are consistently upheld

You’ll also take part in the on-call rota, with some weekend working required.
