Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Field Care Supervisor in Weymouth to support clients and care teams, visiting clients in the community and guiding staff to deliver high-quality care.

You will carry out assessments, supervise staff, and ensure safeguarding and safety practices. The role includes on-call duties and weekend work; a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care at a supervisory level.
• A well-organised, self-motivated approach.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including on-call duties.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
