Agincare Nottingham is seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor to support clients and care teams across the community. You will visit clients, monitor wellbeing, and guide staff to deliver high-quality care in a 50/50 office/field role.

The role requires supervisory social care experience, a full UK driving licence, and availability for 40 hours per week with on-call duties. A strong commitment to safeguarding and professional development is essential.

A day in the life of a Field Care Supervisor

As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll be a key point of support for both clients and care staff. You’ll spend time out in the community visiting clients, checking in with your team, and ensuring everyone feels confident, supported, and able to deliver high‑quality care.

In this role, you will:
