Job summary

Agincare in Nottingham is seeking a Field Care Supervisor on a maternity cover. You will split time between office and field visits, supporting clients and care teams to deliver safe, high-quality care.

A day in the life of a Field Care Supervisor

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be a key point of support for both clients and care staff. You will spend time out in the community visiting clients, checking in with your team, and ensuring everyone feels confident, supported, and able to deliver high-quality care.

• Carry out care assessments and regular reviews

• Help foster a culture where people feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideas


• Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are consistently upheld

You will also take part in the on-call rota, with some weekend working required.
