Orona UK is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join the North West team. The role is field-based, focusing on identifying new opportunities, generating leads and securing maintenance contracts across the region.

You will build your own pipeline with support from an experienced operations team, attending customer meetings and site visits while expanding the customer base.

Formación

• Proven track record of winning new business in a target-driven B2B environment.
• Ability to identify opportunities and generate leads across a region.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for client meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business through proactive prospecting, networking and lead generation.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to meet annual targets.
• Arrange meetings, site visits and presentations with prospective clients.
• Develop relationships with property managers, consultants and contractors.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tender responses.
• Lead commercial negotiations and close new business opportunities.
