Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Field Business Development & Account Manager in Elstree, Hertfordshire. This role is predominantly field-based with roughly four days visiting clients and one day in the office to plan growth strategies.

You will build relationships with key decision-makers, identify opportunities and drive account growth across UK sites. You will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary (£26,000-£45,000) plus uncapped commission and a car allowance, reflecting experience

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, field sales, business development or account management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable travelling across the UK and face-to-face client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new client sites.
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings and site visits.
• Understand recruitment challenges and provide consultative solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to convert opportunities into placements.
• Develop account growth plans and drive commercial performance.
