Job summary

Portfolio Group is hiring a Field Business Development Manager to cover regional client accounts across the UK. You will generate leads, conduct meetings, and close sales on HR & Employment Law solutions with multi-year contracts. A strong focus on self-generated business and fast-paced activity is required.

You will receive a £30,000 basic plus a £30,000 top-up, with uncapped commission. A premium electric car or £5,000 car allowance is provided, plus 9-5 hours, 25 days holiday, and industry

Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate leads and close new business.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the full sales cycle for HR & Employment Law solutions.
• Proactively generate leads and book client meetings.
• Close deals and secure multi-year contracts; drive up-sell opportunities.
• Travel to client sites within your region and present tailored packages.
