Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd in Elstree, Hertfordshire is seeking a Field Business Development & Account Manager. You’ll spend most of your time meeting clients face to face, identifying opportunities and growing our client partnerships across multiple sites.

This is a field-based, non-desk recruitment role with uncapped commission, a car allowance and a competitive basic salary; travel across the UK is expected as you build lasting partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, field sales, business development or account management.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients approximately four days per week and one day in the office for planning and growth strategies.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and grow existing accounts and new client sites.
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings and site visits to identify opportunities.
• Work with internal recruitment teams to convert opportunities into placements.
• Develop account growth plans and drive commercial performance.
• Become a trusted recruitment partner to your clients.
