Job summary

Trigon Recruitment Ltd in Bath is seeking a Health & Wellbeing Advisor (Progression Advisor) to support individuals facing health challenges through tailored coaching, wellbeing support and progression planning.

You will travel regularly across the designated area, work with a multidisciplinary team, and help people gain confidence, build routines and access opportunities, including employment where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the designated region.
• Experience managing a caseload and working independently.
• Experience supporting individuals through coaching, mentoring, employability and wellbeing.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with participants throughout their journey.
• Deliver person-centred coaching focused on wellbeing, progression and independence.
• Provide practical employability support: CV development, job search, interview prep and labour market exploration.
• Develop in-work support plans and progression into education, training or employment.
• Coordinate referrals and work with Occupational Therapists, Wellbeing Specialists and partners.
• Maintain accurate participant records, action plans and progress reviews; ensure compliance and reporting.
