Job summary

Trigon Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Health & Wellbeing Advisor for a field-based role in Bristol, with regular travel across the designated area. The position is permanent full-time, offering 37 hours per week and a salary of £31,000 per year.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, providing tailored coaching and practical support to help participants improve wellbeing, build confidence and progress towards employment opportunities, including volunteering, training and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the designated region.
• Experience managing a caseload and working independently.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, employability and wellbeing support.

Responsibilities

• Engage and build trusted relationships with participants throughout their journey.
• Provide personalised coaching focused on wellbeing, confidence and independence.
• Help participants identify strengths, aspirations and progression opportunities.
• Develop in-work support plans and practical coping strategies.
• Coordinate referrals to partner organisations and services.
• Maintain accurate participant records and progress reviews.
