Job summary

Seetec Group Ltd. is hiring a Dedicated Progression Advisor to support participants across Bristol & Bath on a field-based basis.

You will build trusted relationships, provide behaviourally informed coaching and coordinate access to wellbeing and employability support. This permanent, full-time role offers a salary of £31,000 per year (dependent on experience), 37 hours per week, travel across a large area, and a benefits package including 25 days leave, pension, healthcare and ongoing

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel across a large geographic area.
• Own car and full driving licence.
• Experience working independently with dispersed caseloads.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, employability or wellbeing support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and maintain engagement.
• Experience delivering one-to-one support and developing personalised action plans.
• Understanding of how health, wellbeing and life circumstances can impact participation.
• Knowledge of behaviour change principles and person-centred approaches.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with participants.
• Deliver personalised, behaviourally informed coaching.
• Assess strengths, barriers and support needs.
• Deliver one-to-one wellbeing and progression coaching.
• Facilitate access to community activities, volunteering, learning and wider support networks; deliver practical employability support.
• Support participants to build confidence using digital technology, including remote working and virtual platforms.
• Develop and review in-work support plans to support sustainable employment outcomes.
• Coordinate referrals to specialist services when additional support is required.
• Maintain accurate records and work collaboratively with employers, stakeholders and partner organisations.
