Job summary

Seetec is recruiting a Dedicated Progression Advisor to work across Dorset with field-based travel. You will deliver personalised coaching, support progression, and coordinate access to specialist services while maintaining regular, face-to-face contact with participants.

In this permanent, full-time role, you will support individuals to build confidence, wellbeing and employability through relationship-based coaching and practical planning.

Qualifications

• Essential: Ability and willingness to travel across Dorset and surrounding areas.
• Essential: Own car and full driving licence.
• Essential: Experience working independently across a geographically dispersed caseload.
• Essential: Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Essential: Experience coaching, mentoring, employability or wellbeing support for positive change.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with participants to support change.
• Deliver personalised, behaviourally informed coaching to improve confidence and independence.
• Assess strengths, barriers and support needs, helping develop healthy routines and coping strategies.
• Provide one-to-one wellbeing and progression coaching to boost resilience and motivation.
• Facilitate access to community activities, volunteering, learning and wider support networks including CV development and interview prep.
