Job summary

Seetec is seeking a Dedicated Progression Advisor to support people facing health, wellbeing or life barriers. You will deliver personalised coaching, build confidence, and enable progression across a large geographic area.

The role focuses on meaningful progress through trusted relationships, with regular face-to-face contact and coordination with occupational therapists and wellbeing specialists. Somerset-based with travel across Bristol, Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Somerset and

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel extensively across a large geographical area.
• Own car and full driving licence are essential.
• Experience working independently with a geographically dispersed caseload.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills are required.
• Experience delivering coaching, mentoring, employability or wellbeing support.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with participants to support change.
• Deliver personalised, behaviourally informed coaching to improve wellbeing and progression.
• Assess strengths, barriers and support needs to develop healthy routines and self-management.
• Provide one-to-one wellbeing and progression coaching to boost confidence and readiness for opportunities.
• Coordinate access to community activities, volunteering, learning and employment planning as appropriate.
• Support participants to develop digital skills and use remote/virtual platforms.
• Develop and review supported employment plans for sustainable outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with employers and partner organisations.
