Job summary

Lyreco is seeking a Technical Customer Service (TCS) Engineer to join our Engineering team in a field-based role across Surrey and surrounding areas.

You will install, service and maintain dispensing and dosing equipment on customer sites, diagnose faults, perform repairs and keep accurate service records.

This permanent, full-time position offers a company vehicle, generous holidays and ongoing development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on field engineering experience installing, servicing and maintaining equipment.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and perform basic plumbing tasks.
• Strong problem-solving with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission dispensing and dosing equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs to keep systems running.
• Carry out planned servicing and preventive maintenance.
• Test equipment and complete safety checks to meet specifications.
• Identify replacement parts and manage stock.
• Complete electronic service records and communicate with the team.
• Manage van stock and workload while delivering professional service.
