Job summary

Seetec Business Technology Centre in Gloucestershire is seeking a Dedicated Progression Advisor to support people facing health and wellbeing barriers with personalised coaching, confidence building and employability guidance.

You will work across a large geography as a field-based adviser, building trusted relationships, delivering behaviourally informed coaching, coordinating access to specialist support, and helping participants progress toward sustainable employment.

Qualifications

• Able to travel extensively across a large geographical area.
• Own car and full driving licence.
• Experience delivering one-to-one support and developing personalised action plans.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, employability or wellbeing support for positive change.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with participants.
• Deliver personalised, behaviourally informed coaching and support.
• Assess strengths, barriers and support needs to develop healthy routines and practical strategies.
• Deliver wellbeing and progression coaching to build confidence and readiness for opportunities.
• Facilitate access to community activities, volunteering and learning.
• Provide practical employability support including CVs and interview prep.
• Support participants to use digital tech, including remote working.
• Develop and review in-work support plans for sustainable outcomes.
• Coordinate referrals to specialist services when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and liaise with employers and partners.
