Job summary

Pluss seeks a Dedicated Progression Advisor to support people facing health and wellbeing barriers. You will provide personalised coaching, build confidence, and help participants plan routes to employment and life goals.

Based across Cornwall with regular travel, the role offers a permanent contract, full-time hours, and a competitive salary of £31,000 per year plus a benefits package including generous leave, pension and life cover.

Qualifications

• Essential travel across a large geographical area and a valid driving licence.
• Experience delivering coaching, mentoring, employability or wellbeing support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage participants.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with participants and provide coaching.
• Assess needs, help develop healthy routines and practical coping strategies.
• Deliver wellbeing and progression coaching to build confidence and independence.
• Facilitate access to community activities, volunteering and learning.
• Coordinate referrals to specialist services and maintain accurate records.
