Andrews Recruitment Group is recruiting an ambitious Plant Sales Executive for a West Midlands field-based role. You will develop sales opportunities across construction plant and machinery, building a strong pipeline and closing deals.

The role offers a basic salary between £30,000 and £55,000 DOE with uncapped commission, plus the rewards of an earnings potential that reflects your results. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in construction plant or machinery sales preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new customers in the construction plant and machinery market.
• Sell construction plant, machinery and related equipment.
• Develop relationships with contractors, plant hire businesses, groundworks firms and civil engineers.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline and opportunities.
• Visit customers, assess equipment needs and present suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate deals.
• Develop repeat business and long-term customer relationships.
• Focus on achieving measurable sales results.
