Andrews Recruitment Group Limitted in Taunton, Somerset is seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to own and grow a defined territory. You will build a robust pipeline, manage existing accounts and actively seek new business opportunities in the Taunton and surrounding Somerset area, selling a range of material handling equipment and solutions.

This field-based role offers a basic salary up to £35,500 with uncapped commission and a company car, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous field sales experience and comfortable managing your own geographical territory.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an established geographical sales territory
• Build relationships with existing customers and identify future requirements
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities
• Plan your territory effectively and target prospective customers
• Visit customer sites and understand their operational requirements
• Recommend appropriate equipment and commercial solutions
• Carry out site surveys and gather equipment specifications
• Prepare quotations, proposals and customer presentations
• Negotiate commercially and convert opportunities into orders
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and manage opportunities through to close
• Identify opportunities across a customer's wider operation
• Maintain accurate CRM, sales and order information
