Job summary

Andrews Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading material handling business for a Field Sales Executive to cover Taunton and the surrounding area. You will sell equipment and solutions to businesses, building long-term customer relationships through a field-based approach.

Requires proven field sales experience and the ability to manage a geographic territory. Expect an up to £35,500 base, uncapped commission, and a company car, with first-year commissions around £12,000–£13,000

Qualifications

• Proven field sales experience with ability to manage a geographical territory.
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Comfortable presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing orders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an established geographical sales territory.
• Build relationships with existing customers and identify future requirements.
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Plan territory effectively and target prospective customers.
• Visit customer sites and understand operational requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and customer presentations.
• Negotiate commercially and convert opportunities into orders.
• Maintain CRM and order information.
