RIPON FARM SERVICES LTD seeks an energetic field-based sales professional to drive incremental Parts and Service revenue through proactive customer engagement and targeted prospecting. You will visit customers across an assigned UK territory, develop relationships, and promote aftermarket parts, services, and seasonal campaigns to meet growth targets.

The role requires strong selling ability, excellent communication, and the willingness to travel with a full UK driving licence.

• A strong ability to sell and proactive sales approach.
• Excellent communication, listening and questioning skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and propose effective solutions.
• Strong relationship-building and multi-channel engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Develop understanding of customers' businesses and targets to drive parts and service sales.
• Proactively contact customers about maintenance, wear parts, and service opportunities.
• Promote parts, workshop services, and seasonal campaigns to customers.
• Serve as point of contact, resolving issues and guiding customers to the right teams.
• Travel regularly within the territory with a UK driving licence.
