Job summary

hireful is seeking a Customer Service Representative/ Field Sales Representative to look after its customers across the region. You’ll be based in Malton, North Yorkshire, and spend time on the road visiting customers in York, Scarborough, Bridlington, Beverley, Hull and surrounding areas.

This role blends customer service with sales, focusing on growing parts and servicing revenue. You’ll build long-term relationships, advise on solutions, and use data to spot opportunities while representing

Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B or B2C sales or customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Confident with IT, including Microsoft Office.
• A full UK driving licence and happy to travel regularly.
• Experience in agriculture or with machinery is a bonus but not essential. Full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Visit customers on site to give advice and spot new opportunities.
• Sell parts, servicing, maintenance plans, warranties and other services.
• Work with the service team to sort out customer issues quickly.
• Use customer data and technology to find sales opportunities.

The role:
