Job summary

Carlsberg Britvic invites applications for a National Account Controller for Booker. This field-based role is responsible for managing the Booker relationship across retail and foodservice, leading a team of Account Managers, and delivering brand plans.

You will report to the Wholesale and Export Director, own P&L, develop commercial plans, and forge executive-level partnerships to drive profitable growth across soft drinks and beer portfolios.

Qualifications

• Experience in drinks industry with understanding of category dynamics and customer priorities.
• Proven ability to own P&L and drive profitable growth.
• Strong relationship builder with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L performance across soft drinks and beer portfolio; support growth.
• Develop and execute commercial plans to meet budget targets for Booker.
• Establish trusted relationships with Director level; deliver pricing, promotions, availability and in-store execution.
• Execute Joint Business Plan; adapt strategy to changing market conditions.
• Collaborate with Booker, Tesco and One Stop to unlock growth and value.
• Improve forecasting accuracy through close collaboration with Account Managers and teams.
• Manage commercial risk and take decisive action to stay ahead of plan.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team; support long-term Booker strategy.
