Carlsberg Britvic, the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK, seeks a National Account Controller for Booker. Field-based with site travel to Hemel Hempstead, you will manage Booker relationships across retail and foodservice, overseeing a team of Account Managers and delivering growth through strategic plans and robust execution.

You will report to the Wholesale and Export Director, lead pricing, promotions and in-store activity, and shape long-term Booker strategies to drive sustainable

Qualifications

• Extensive P&L ownership and profitable growth track record.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Finance, Category and Supply Chain.
• Experience in drinks industry with retail and foodservice knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L performance across soft drinks and beer portfolio.
• Develop and execute commercial plans for Booker to meet budgets.
• Build trusted relationships at Director level with high-quality pricing, promotions and in-store execution.
• Execute Joint Business Plan and adapt strategy to changing market.
• Partner with Booker, Tesco and One Stop to unlock growth.
• Improve forecasting accuracy with Account Managers and wider teams.
• Manage commercial risk and take decisive actions to stay ahead of plan.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Contribute to long-term Booker strategy with the Wholesale & Export Director.
