Wockhardt in the UK is seeking a Junior Key Account Manager to drive sales with pharmacy chains, multiple retail outlets and wholesalers. You will plan workload to meet targets while nurturing existing relationships and expanding the customer base.

This field-based role requires strong Excel skills, the ability to travel across the national territory, and ABPI knowledge. You will visit customers, analyze data, report performance, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Degree level in life sciences or healthcare preferred.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical generics and NHS processes.
• Confident communicator with ability to build rapport.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple accounts.
• Willingness to travel; full UK driving licence required.
• ABPI qualification.
• Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.

Responsabilités

• Identify sales opportunities and grow revenue with pharmacy, retailers and wholesalers.
• Visit customers face-to-face to build relationships and understand needs.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs; report progress weekly/monthly.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Serve as main contact for key customers, resolving queries.
• Collaborate with internal staff to meet customer requirements.
• Plan workload to ensure targets are met.
