CooperVision Limited, a global leader in contact lenses, seeks a Business Development Manager to cover South East London and Kent. You will plan territory coverage, deliver a blended contact strategy, and build strong customer relationships to achieve annual sales targets and personal performance objectives.

The role is field-heavy with 80% travel within the territory and 20% virtual meetings, supported by a company car, bonus, and extensive development opportunities to advance your career.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in defining and achieving sales results.
• Ability to travel extensively within designated territory.
• Experience in the optical industry preferable.

Responsabilités

• Sales management of all customers within the defined territory and act as the principle contact for CooperVision.
• Develop and execute commercial business plans with customers in the territory.
• Deliver training programmes to retail staff to improve knowledge of CooperVision products.
• Organise and execute clinical training with the Professional Services team to build brand loyalty.
• Build relationships with Regional Managers and account representatives to support education programmes.
• Represent the Company at seminars, exhibitions and meetings to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain knowledge of product strategy, market positioning and brand messages to guide customer choices.
