Job summary

E3 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead sales across the UK for a well-established engineering consultancy. You will own the Southern territory, building and maintaining key customer relationships while driving sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate is commercially astute, self-motivated, and thrives in autonomous environments, with a track record in heavy industry sales and a full driving licence. Field based role with broad regional coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing or Construction background (Heavy Industry).
• Proven background in sales including running of sales pipeline.
• Must have full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow sales in the designated UK region (M62 corridor, South of England and Wales).
• Identify opportunities, build long-term client relationships and drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Present quotations and lead tender processes while coordinating with proposals team.
