Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established property maintenance company for a Business Development Manager (Field Based) role. The position is home-based/field-based with occasional visits to West Yorkshire offices.

You will manage your own diary, build a sales pipeline, win new business, attend client appointments, and nurture long-term partnerships while meeting targets. A full UK driving licence and strong relationship-building skills are essential.
