Job summary

JM&Co. Recruitment Ltd is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to identify and develop new opportunities across the UK. The role is office and field-based with regular UK-wide travel, and you should live within about an hour’s commute of Brackley (NN13).

You will manage the full sales process from lead generation to contract award, build strong customer relationships and work closely with internal teams to deliver premium solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to identify, develop and close opportunities.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the UK and occasional overseas.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Based within approximately one hour of Brackley HQ.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new UK B2B sales opportunities.
• Manage the full sales process from lead to contract.
• Attend customer meetings and site visits across the UK.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and commercial quotations.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts and pipeline reports.
• Represent the business at exhibitions and events.
