Interaction Recruitment PLC is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive new business in the security, telecoms and connectivity sectors. You will prospect, engage decision-makers and manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to closing, with priority on new and rolling contracts.

The role offers a competitive basic salary with a car allowance and uncapped commission, and requires regular field visits including 1–2 days per week at the Brighton office.

Competenze

• Experience in B2B sales within security, telecoms, connectivity or data services.
• Strong new-business development track record.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Mansioni

• Make 60+ targeted outbound sales calls per day to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify, prospect and engage potential business customers.
• Book and attend face-to-face meetings with prospective clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact through to negotiation and closing.
• Develop new business opportunities across security products, telecoms, connectivity, mobile and data solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support ongoing business growth.
• Generate revenue from new customers while developing existing accounts and rolling contracts.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently work towards sales targets.
• Attend the Brighton office 1-2 days per week for training, support and team collaboration.
