Interaction Recruitment PLC is recruiting a Business Development Manager for security, telecoms and connectivity sales. The role focuses on 100% new-business sales, prospecting and winning new customers while leveraging uncapped commission and a car allowance.

Based in Crawley, GB, the position is field-based with 1–2 days per week in the Brighton office, offering a clear path for earnings growth and career progression in a rapidly expanding technology services provider.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales within security or telecoms.
• Experience in new-business development and closing deals.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to meetings.

Responsabilités

• Identify, prospect and engage potential business customers.
• Book and attend face-to-face meetings with prospective clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through to negotiation and closing.
• Develop new business opportunities across security products, telecoms, connectivity, mobile and data solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support ongoing business growth.
• Generate revenue from new customers while developing existing accounts and rolling contracts.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently work towards sales targets.
• Attend the Brighton office 1–2 days per week for training, support and team collaboration.
